Tai Tuivasa finally got to do that shoey with the NELK Boys.
Tuivasa tried to get his hands on a beer and a shoe after his knockout win over Stefan Struve in the UFC 254 preliminary headliner. He did not get a chance to do slurp down a smelly beer on the broadcast; however, he quickly made good on the tradition backstage.

In the least COVID-19-concious act imaginable, Tuivasa walked around with an empty shoe as his peers spat into the footwear. He subsequently filed that sucker with beer and threw it back. The NELK Boys, a group of viral sensations based in Canada, followed up with their own shoeys.
Tuivasa (11-3) snapped a three-fight losing streak with a first-round KO win over Struve (29-13) on Saturday. The fight was officially stopped at 4:59 of round one.
