Weili Zhang is favored to defend her title Rose Namajunas at UFC 261, according to early odds.

Defending Champ Zhang is, as expected, the favorite at -200. Former champ Rose is at +170, according to Best Fight Odds. Fans confident with Namajunas's path to victory will likely smile at her underdog status.

Zhang's rise to the strawweight championship came out of nowhere, but after defeating Jessica Andrade and her fight of the year contender against Joanna Jedrzejczyk, most doubt has faded. Namajunas hopes to return to championship status, having avenged her loss to Andrade at UFC 251 in July of 2020.

The championship fight is all but confirmed, according to ESPN for April 24.
