TNA Impact Viewership Steady, Did "Final Deletion" Have Long Lasting Effects?

“The Final Deletion” looks like it has had a long-standing benefit for TNA's viewership numbers.

Despite a move to Thursday nights, TNA Impact's numbers have remained steady, and well ahead of where they were before Matt and Jeff Hardy's “Final Deletion” aired on July 5. Thursday's edition of the show drew 350,000 while facing an uphill battle against the Democratic National Convention.

The viewership is down from last week's 362,000 viewers, but was to be expected with DNC coverage. Impact ranked #129 on cable Thursday.

Impact is averaging over 356,000 viewers in the two weeks since moving to Thursdays. This is up from the 313,000 Impact averaged for their last two Tuesday night shows before “The Final Deletion” shook everything up.
