Lana is not your WWE Smackdown Women's Champion.
After coming up short in her efforts at WWE Money in the Bank, Lana was granted a re-match for the Smackdown Women's Championship against Naomi on Tuesday's episode of WWE Smackdown Live. Things didn't work out well for her.

Lana attacks Naomi before the match starts, then hits a sit-out powerbomb for a near fall before Naomi hits a split legged twisting moonsault for the pin and the win.
Winner: Naomi via pinfall
Yep. That was it. Despite fanfare, Lana couldn't get the job done, and Naomi remains WWE Smackdown Women's Champion.
