Austin Aries captures gold on MLW Fusion.
Austin Aries won the MLW National Openweight Championship on MLW Fusion, defeating Blue Panther.
The finish saw Aries lock on the Last Chancery, putting Panther unconscious. The referee raised Panther’s arm and it went limp, forcing him to call for the bell.
Prior to the finish, Panther inadvertently took out Diego Hill with a cannonball off the apron.
