Cody Rhodes: “There’s A Rule At WWE… We’re Never Doing An A.I. Voice Of Dusty”
Cody states that it’ll never happen.
To promote the Street Fighter movie, Cody Rhodes, who plays the role of ‘Guile,’ sat down with Mythical Kitchen to record an episode of Last Meal.
As the chat moved along, Cody stated that there’s a rule in WWE that there will never be usage of an A.I. version of his father Dusty Rhodes’ voice.
“There’s a rule at WWE: no AI. We’re never doing an A.I. voice of Dusty, and here’s the backup: If we need to fill in a couple blanks, Bruce Prichard will just do it. Bruce Prichard or I’ll do it. That’s my promise, that’s my PSA. No A.I. Dusty.”
In August 2025 at SummerSlam, Dusty’s voice was used as part of Cody’s entrance.
