Closing out the 2026 NXT Heatwave Premium Live Event was a Fatal 4-Way match that saw Tony D’Angelo defend the NXT Championship against Zilla Fatu, Cruz Montana, and Grayson Waller. Waller pinned D’Angelo to become the new NXT Champion.
