Kyle Fletcher says that he and Kevin Knight’s AEW World Tag Team Title challenge at AEW WrestleDream fell short due to Knight.
At AEW WrestleDream on October 17th, the AEW World Tag Team Titles were on the line as The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) would take on the Don Callis Family’s Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher. The match would be an intense back and forth affair, with The Young Bucks eventually coming away with the victory thanks to a spat between the tag team partners that was instigated by Kevin Knight.
While speaking during his latest Protolog, Kyle Fletcher would reflect on the match, noting that they did not win the titles thanks to ‘stupid poo-poo head’ Kevin Knight.
“We did not win the championships because Kevin Knight is a stupid poo-poo head, and I’m gonna have some very choice words with that man. Because I should be a tag team champion of the world. But I digress. I’ve now very tired. Today is over. Cut me some slack. I got super kicked at least 10 times in the face.”
Elsewhere in a recent interview, Fletcher spoke about watching every match he competes in back. You can read more about that here.
