Mini Vikingo Says Doctors Told Him He Needs Surgery For Injured Elbow
Mini Vikingo to undergo surgery.
Lucha Libre AAA’s two-week Héroes Inmortales special was supposed to feature Rey Fenix defending the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship against Mini Vikingo.
Vikingo was scheduled to compete on the 10/20 NXT, but it was announced that he was not cleared to compete.
During week one of Héroes Inmortales, Vikingo was shown in the trainer’s room, and then Fenix showed up. Vikingo stated that he wanted to get the rematch for the belt, but he suffered an injury on NXT, and doctors informed him that he needed surgery.
The 18-year-old Vikingo last wrestled on the October 13th NXT on The CW, where he and Chazz ‘Starboy’ Hall lost to Vanity Project (Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes) in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament.
