Nyla Rose Doesn’t Think Tony Khan Is To Blame For AEW Absence, ‘There May Be Some Things I Can’t Talk About’

Nyla Rose doesn’t blame Tony Khan for her AEW absence.

As of publish time, Rose has not wrestled on any of the company’s television shows since November 2024. During this time, she has kept busy elsewhere, wrestling for promotions like Marvelous and Pro Wrestling EVE.

Earlier this month, Nyla told Denise Salcedo that her absence has been a “little hard” and a “little frustrating” to deal with. Now, in a new interview with Jasmin St. Claire, the ‘Native Beast’ is following up on her comments by saying that she doesn’t Tony Khan is to blame for the situation.

“I genuinely don’t think it’s him. I genuinely, genuinely don’t think it’s him. You know how they say trust your gut. This isn’t me just glazing him because he’s my boss or anything like that, it’s just that there may be some things I can’t talk about or things I can only speculate on. But, in my heart of hearts, the relationship that we have and the conversations that we have, I don’t think it’s him.”
