Saquon Shugars Def. Dion Lennox At NXT Great American Bash, DarkState Attacks Shugars Post-Match
DarkState crashed Saquon Shugars’ moment.
The grudge match between Saquon Shugars and Dion Lennox took place at the NXT Great American Bash Premium Live Event.
It was their first in-ring clash since DarkState (Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin & Cutler James) kicked Shugars out of the group.
James and Griffin showed up during the bout. It was their first on-screen appearance since Shugars took them both out so he could have Lennox to himself on the lead-up to Great American Bash.
Shugars ended up securing the victory, but his post-match celebration was short-lived as DarkState jumped on him. Lennox then beat Shugars with a baseball bat.
