Update On KAIRI-AEW Talks
An update on KAIRI and All Elite Wrestling.
One of the wrestlers who departed WWE this year was KAIRI (formerly known as Kairi Sane). Earlier in September, Fightful Select reported that she and AEW held talks, but they hadn’t completed a deal.
In an update to this story, Fightful Select recently posted the following.
“As of Friday, Kairi was not signed and not planned for AEW All Out, @FightfulSelect has learned. One source said it would be nearly legally impossible for her to appear at All Out as things stand. Conversations are ongoing with AEW, and it’s expected that she would be on a dual contract if the deal does occur.”
