Update On Potential WWE Return For Eric Young
An update regarding a potential WWE return for Eric Young.
TNA Wrestling issued a statement to announce that they’ve come to terms on the release of two-time TNA World Heavyweight Champion Eric Young.
After that was made public, Fightful Select pushed out a report that notes that WWE sources have long stated that the door for Young to return to WWE is open.

Eric Young was with WWE from 2016 to 2020. He started with the NXT brand and would go on to be part of the SAnitY faction with Axel Tischer (Alexander Wolfe), Big Damo, and Nikki Storm (Nikki Cross).
Young was released from the company in 2020. Young revealed that he re-joined WWE in 2022, and his deal was for four years, but he soon exited the company and signed an NDA before his departure.
