WWE 2K24 Patch 1.06 Notes: Stability Improvements, More

- Jimmy Uso had trouble contacting Jey Uso, who hadn't been seen since he walked out on The Bloodline at WWE Royal Rumble. Paul Heyman told him he'd have to defend the titles by himself. Jimmy then went to the ring for his scheduled SmackDown Tag Team Championship match against Ricochet and Braun Strowman. He was seemingly by himself, but right before the match was set to start, Jey Uso came down through the crowd. The brothers embraced, proving that they were on the same page. Despite an impressive performance by Strowman and Ricochet, The Usos retained the gold.

- Drew McIntyre and Sheamus picked up a dominant win over Hit Row (Top Dolla & Ashante "Thee" Adonis). The Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar) and Valhalla interrupted the duo's celebration with a cryptic message and made it clear that they're coming for them.

- Paul Heyman opened the show and addressing the way the Island of Relevancy is under attack by both Sami Zayn and Cody Rhodes. He called Zayn "psychopathic rebel" and questioned the idea that he could possibly defeat Roman Reigns. Heyman also discussed Reigns' feud with Rhodes. He stated that without the titles, there is no Roman Reigns. Zayn snuck into the ring and demanded a microphone. He made it clear that he could attack Heyman if he wanted to, as no one was there to protect him. Zayn stated that Reigns' days as the champion are numbered. He claimed that The Bloodline is on its way out. Zayn then vowed to beat Reigns at WWE Elimination Chamber.

- Natalya addressed her injury and noted that Shayna Baszler took something from her. She called Baszler a cheap knockoff of Ronda Rousey. Baszler came to the ring, and it wasn't long before the returning Rousey followed. The duo attacked Natalya, and they also beat up Shotzi when she tried to make the save.

- Lacey Evans scored a dominant win over local competitor Carmen Harress (B3CCA).

- After The Usos retained their titles , Jey made it clear that he had Jimmy's back, but when Jimmy asked him if he was "in," he said he didn't know. Jey later bumped into Sami Zayn, who admitted that he put Jey in a tough spot. He noted that he doesn't think Roman Reigns will forget what Jey did at WWE Royal Rumble. Zayn said he knew Jey wanted to see Reigns go down. He told him he didn't have to go down with the ship. Sami said he acknowledged Jey, and Jey gave him a fist bump.

- Madcap Moss defeated Rey Mysterio, Karrion Kross, and Santos Escobar to earn a shot at the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

- Sonya Deville expressed her frustration that she didn't get a spot in the Elimination Chamber. Chelsea Green showed up because she was looking for the SmackDown manager. Adam Pearce told her that he was the manager of both shows. He announced that, rather than filing complaints, they would team up for a match. The duo lost to Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan later in the show.

- In an interview, LA Knight made it clear that he's moving on from Bray Wyatt and focusing on the future.

- SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair interview discussed her upcoming match with Rhea Ripley and made it clear that she intends to put the challenger in her place.

- At the end of the show, Paul Heyman told Jimmy Uso that he had a special assignment; Roman Reigns needs The Usos to watch the show on television so "The Tribal Chief" can get a television perspective.

- In a WWE Digital Exclusive, Ronda Rousey and Shayha Baszler expressed their confidence ahead of their match against Natalya and Shotzi next week.

- In a WWE Digital Exclusive, Santos Escobar and Rey Mysterio presented each other with their masks.
