2K Games is trying to fix the mistakes.
WWE 2K20 was released on Tuesday, and the fans were not pleased with the final result. The game was plagued by graphical issues and hilarious glitches, leading to the hashtag #FixWWE2K20 trending on Twitter throughout Tuesday. Sony has reportedly issued refunds to those who requested their money back after purchasing the game through the Playstation Store.
2K finally broke its silence on the issues and put out the following statement on social media on Friday.
"We are listening closely to the feedback that's been shared regarding WWE 2K20 and are aware of the concerns some players are reporting. We're working hard to investigate these concerns and address them as necessary. We expect to have an initial patch ready in the next two weeks, with others to follow. Stay tuned to WWEGames social media channels for more information."
An exact date for the patch was not given, nor what issues will be fixed. You can view a collection of glitch photos and videos by clicking here. Visual Concepts Creative Director Lynell Jinks discussed some of the graphics issues in a recent interview. You can read his comments by clicking here.
