Here is your post IMPACT fight size update for Thursday, August 26, 2021.

- Chris Sabin defeated Sami Callihan in the opening match of the night. After the bell, Moose hit the ring and attacked Sami. This was revenge for Callihan hitting him with a chair during their #1 Contenders Match last weekend at Emergence. Just as Moose was about to hit Sami with a baseball bat, Eddie Edwards came out and made the save. Backstage, he explained to Sami that he was simply paying him back for saving him, nothing more.

- Mickie James came out to hype up NWA EmPowerrr and talk about the Knockouts Championship Match between Deonna Purrazzo and Melina. The Virtuosa came out and insisted that the result is already a foregone conclusion. Mickie made the case for Melina but got attacked by Deonna for her troubles. Trey Miguel came out and disposed of Matt Rehwoldt while Melina came out and made the save for Mickie, standing tall ahead of her Championship opportunity.

- Sam Beale got a lesson in gear customization but, in his opinion, it would have been worthwhile for him and Brian Myers to talk about Emergence and The Most Professional Wrestler's IMPACT World Championship Match loss to Christian Cage.

- Chris Bey needed to put his feet on the ropes to pick up the victory over David Finlay.

- Josh Alexander issued an X Division Championship open challenge to any former X Division Champions for next week's show (Sept. 2).

- Tommy Dreamer told Christian Cage that he would love to have one final match with him. Ace Austin then came out and told Cage that he will be taking the title from him at Victory Road. Later in the night, it was announced that Dreamer will face Ace next week. If Dreamer wins, the IMPACT Championship match at Victory Road becomes a triple threat match.

- After failing to regain their IMPACT Tag Team Titles, Eric Young has put Rhino on notice, and plans to cleanse him in the holy waters of change.

- Taylor Wilde faced Tenille Dashwood, Kaleb, and Madison Rayne in a 3-on-1 match but couldn't overcome the numbers disadvantage. Rachael Ellering and Jordynne Grace came out and ran off The Influence. It was later announced that the two sides would face off in a 6-Person Tag Team match next week.

- Brandi Lauren was taken by Su Yung and Kimber Lee.

- Rohit Raju may be afraid to hit a woman, but Chelsea Green isn't afraid to hit him. She and Matt Cardona will take on Rohit and Shera next week in tag team action.

- Fallah Bahh and No Way are looking for a way to make things up to Tasha Steelz and Savannah Evans after their loss to Decay at Emergence. Although Tasha said there was no making it up, she agreed to consider it if Fallah and No Way can defeat Taurus and Crazzy Steve next week.

- Rich Swann and Willie Mack defeated Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows in the main event, but it was The Good Brothers who stood tall to end the show, leaving their opponents laying with a brutal beatdown.
