Adam Copeland Compares AEW Grand Slam Mexico Reaction To His 2020 Royal Rumble Pop

Adam Copeland continues to glow about Grand Slam Mexico.

The ‘Rated R Superstar’ has been nothing but grateful when talking about the reaction that he received at AEW Grand Slam Mexico. In a new interview with Fox News Digital, Copeland responded to Tony Schiavone’s comments and compared the pop to the reaction he received at the Royal Rumble in 2020.

“He had text me. He goes, ‘I’ve never heard anything like that in my years.’ And that’s saying something, which Schiavone’s heard some stuff, you know, so I was like, ‘Whoa, man.’ And I knew even that night, as I came out, it was one of those where you kind of leave your body for a second and you’re there, but you’re kind of somewhere else soaking it in. I don’t know how to explain it. The only other time that that’s happened was at the (2020) Rumble when I came back.”
