It will be a Wyatt Family reunion at Northeast Wrestling.
NEW announced that Adam Scherr (formerly Braun Strowman) and Erick Redbeard (formerly Erick Rowan) will reunion for a tag team match against Bully Ray and nZo (formerly Enzo Amore) on January 22 at WrestleFest XXVI.
Scherr and Redbeard were in the Wyatt Family together during their time in WWE. They have not teamed together since 2016.
Scherr has only wrestled two matches since being released by WWE on June 2, 2021. He battled EC3 in a cinematic match at Free The Narrative II and teamed with EC3 at GLCW Blizzard Brawl 2021 in December. He made a surprise appearance at ROH Final Battle as part of EC3's Free The Narrative group.
Erick Redbeard has worked Independent dates and made an appearance on AEW Dynamite for the Brodie Lee Tribute Show in December 2020 following his WWE release in April 2020.
