One team has earned the advantage for their Hardcore War match at IMPACT! Hard To Kill.
At the January 8 event, Rhino, Heath, Eddie Edwards, Rich Swann, & Willie Mack will take on The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson) and Violent By Design (Eric Young, Deaner, & Joe Doering) in a Hardcore War match. In the bout, one wrestler for each team will start, with another person being introduced at set intervals. As a result, one of the teams will have a man-advantage for portions of the match.
To determine who would be granted said advantage, Heath and Karl Anderson faced off on the January 6 episode of IMPACT! Wrestling. Both teams tried to get involved early on but were tossed from ringside by the referee. After a hard-fought encounter, Karl Anderson was able to pick up the win with a cutter.
The show went off the air with both teams brawling and hitting each other with chairs, trash cans, and kendo sticks.
