AEW Dynamite Viewership Hits Record Low On 5/28/21

Friday Night Dynamite got off to a rough start for AEW.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, AEW Dynamite drew 526,000 viewers on May 28, marking its lowest viewership ever. The number is way down from the week prior, which had 821,000 viewers, but of course, there was a big difference in the week-to-week.

The most recent episode aired on Friday night at 10 p.m. ET on TNT due to the NBA Playoffs airing in the usual Wednesday spot.

The Friday night episode drew a 0.20 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, down from the 0.28 rating the show drew on May 19.

Friday's episode of Dynamite was the final episode of the program before AEW Double or Nothing.

AEW Dynamite will once again air on Friday at 10 p.m. ET due to the NBA Playoffs this week and is listed on the TNT schedule as airing on Friday, June 11 the week after.
