AJ Styles: "If My Leg Got Cut Off I'd Find A Way To Make It To WrestleMania"

"The Phenomenal One" has assured fans that he is not missing WrestleMania.

During Friday's WWE live event at Madison Square Garden, the current WWE Champion AJ Styles and his partner for the bout, Shinsuke Nakamura were attacked by their opponents Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens prior to the bell ringing. The official for the match threw up the "X" signaling that there was an issue with AJ Styles.

Styles did return to the ring to save his WrestleMania 34 opponent from being beat down by Zayn & Owens, and it was shared by those in attendance that AJ left the ring on his own, but limping. PWInsider reported that "The Face That Runs The Place" was backstage during last night's RAW for an evaluation. The extent of Styles' injury is unknown, but while speaking with the French publication Catch-Newz, Styles made it clear that he would not be missing WrestleMania 34 in three weeks even if he was on one leg.

"If my leg got cut off I'd find a way to make it to WrestleMania. So, I think just to answer that question, I will be wrestling Shinsuke Nakamura at WrestleMania. Don't worry about it, it'll be fine". Styles said confidently.

The build for AJ Styles & Shinsuike Nakamura's WWE Championship match at WrestleMania 34 continues during tonight's SmackDown Live and we will have results for tonight's show, along with a post-show podcast.
