AJ Styles Responds To Fan Saying He Was ‘Bribed’ By WWE To Stay Away From AEW

AJ Styles retired in January, losing to Gunther in a match where his career was on the line. During a ceremony on WWE Raw, The Undertaker informed AJ that he would be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2026.

Styles has also moved into a scouting and training role with the company.

On social media, Styles responded to a fan claiming that WWE bribed him so he wouldn’t go to AEW.

“If bribing me leads to getting the job that I want, that’s great,” he said.
