ESPN2 To Air First Hour Of WWE Backlash 2026
WWE announces the first hour of Backlash will air on ESPN2.
On May 9, 2026, WWE Backlash takes place. It’ll be held at the Benchmark International Arena in Tampa, Florida. Stars such as Roman Reigns, Jacob Fatu, and Seth Rollins have been confirmed for the show.
This week on SmackDown, WWE announced that ESPN2 will air the first hour of Backlash.

ESPN did something similar for both nights of WrestleMania 42 last month. The first hour of Night 1 aired on ESPN2, whereas the first hour of Night 2 was shown on ESPN.
