AJ Styles says the table spot in Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi’s match at Clash in Italy bothered him.
Last month, at WWE Clash in Italy, Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi had their WrestleMania rematch. This time, Lesnar emerged victorious. There was a spot in the match where Lesnar delivered an F5 to Femi on the table.
Speaking on The Phenomenally Retro Podcast, AJ Styles explained why this part of the match confused him.
“Can I tell you what bothered me about some parts of the show is that Brock [Lesnar] and Oba [Femi] broke a table. I think that should have been for Jacob [Fatu] and Roman [Reigns]. Why did we do that when Jacob and Roman were having the match? Brock and Oba did not, that wasn’t the match. So I was really confused about that.”
