Alberto El Patron Trashes WWE After Slammiversary, Saying The Company Is "Full of Losers"

Last night, Alberto El Patron defeated Bobby Lashley to become the first ever unified IMPACT and GFW Heavyweight Champion. It might have been a great time for El Patron to put his contentious past with WWE firmly behind him and move on.

It might have been, but it wasn't.

After the match was over and the cameras stopped rolling, El Patron cut a promo to the crowd, talking up him and his opponent. He said that Lashley battled for over 30 minutes and said he would shake Lashley's hand for "every day of his life." Then El Patron called himself a "bad ass mother f--ker," saying that he had wrestled and proven himself everywhere, "even that f--king company, WWE!" He added that WWE was "full of losers."

For much of this, many fans in the audience were chanting "you don't deserve it." Perhaps that's what motivated him to put himself over.

"You gave me the battle of my life," El Patron said of Lashley. "And for that, and for these fans - the real fans - let's do it again. Not for you, not for me, (but) for the (fans) of pro wrestling, because we're not f-cking sports entertainers! Bobby Lashley and every single wrestler at Impact Wrestling... in this place, we are not sports entertainers, we are f-cking wrestlers!"

El Patron, formerly Alberto Del Rio in WWE, had two stints with the company, and neither of them ended well.
