Angel Garza has made his debut on Raw.
Accompanied by Zelina Vega, Garza showed up on Raw and confronted his cousin Humberto Carrillo, calling Carrillo a disgrace to their family and Latinos. After Vega slapped Carrillo's face, Garza attacked him, pulling him out of the ring.
As Garza took away the padding from ringside, Rey Mysterio came out and made the save. Mysterio then replaced Carrillo in the match against Garza, but the match was called off after Garza hit Mysterio with a Hammerlock DDT on the exposed concrete floor at ringside.
WWE Stats & Info did post a very interesting tidbit regarding Mysterio and his history wrestling the Garza family.
Garza had been competing on NXT and 205 Live, winning the NXT Cruiserweight Championship in late 2019 and lost the belt on January 25 at the Worlds Collide show to Jordan Devlin.
