Axiom comments on getting the chance to wrestle in his home country of Spain during WWE’s recent European tour.

On the May 29th edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown, Axiom would return to his home country of Spain to face off with The Miz in a bout he would come away with the victory in.

While speaking in a recent vlog covering the companies recent European tour, Axiom spoke before his bout with The Miz and what it meant for him to be a representative of Spain in WWE.

“This is what me and my country have worked for so long, like we we never had a representative here in WWE, and now we do so yeah like it’s and it’s not a weight on my shoulders, it’s almost like some strength you know, it lifts me up and makes me perform way better. What are the chances of a kid from Valleca is going to like Italy, France (and) Spain, like everywhere in the world to perform in front of this amazing crowd like it’s again it’s never, it’s never a thing that I take for granted, and I hope it can keep going for so long.”

After his match with The Miz, cameras once again caught up with Axiom, who was over the moon with defeating Miz in his home country.

“I could say it’s the dream of a child, like a lifelong dream, but not even in my wildest imaginations I could have dreamt of something like this, or like being in my hometown and I’m facing a legend like The Miz, and only facing them like I can proudly say that I have defeated The Miz, one versus one clean and that’s that’s the biggest achievement I have in my entire career.”

Last year, Nathan Frazer spoke about the original plans for FrAxiom. You can read more about that here.
