Baron Corbin Isn’t Sure How Much Longer He Has Left In Wrestling, But Wants To Take Everything He Can Get

Baron Corbin wants to take everything he can get.

There is a new United States Champion in WWE, and it is Baron Corbin. On night two of SummerSlam, Corbin defeated Trick Williams to capture the title.

After his victory, Sam Roberts caught up with Corbin for WWE Now, and Corbin commented on his return to the company. He said he wants to reset everything that people knew about him.

“The excitement, getting back and going, ‘Alright, I need to reset everything everyone thinks about me’ and I had that year and a half away where I think they forgot about a lot of it and it’s like, alright, I’m coming back…”

Corbin would go on to state that he doesn’t know how much longer he has left in wrestling, but wants to take every opportunity he can.

“It’s gonna be more selfish. A lot of people try to pride themselves on not being selfish… I don’t know how much time left I have to do this. If it’s two years, three years, four years, I’m gonna take everything I can get, in every moment that I get, and every chance I get.”

Corbin departed the company in 2024 and came back in July 2026. He is now a two-time WWE United States Champion.
