Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair used to be best friends, even referred to as CharLynch on television.
They became rivals on-screen and, according to Lynch, as her star grew, Charlotte felt jealous. During SummerSlam 2020 weekend, Charlotte noted that the relationship between the two had changed as they went on different paths.
After a title swap segment that reportedly didn't go as planned, Becky said the two are no longer friends.
Speaking to Graham GSM Mathhews of Bleacher Report, Becky was asked if the friendship could be repaired.
"Honestly, I don't know," she said. "I think there would be a lot that would need to be talked about and a lot that would need to be discussed. Honestly, I don't think we can be in this business anymore. I feel like once we're in this industry, she's going to be jealous of me, and I'm not going to like the way she does business. I don't know that it can be repaired while we're both still wrestling.”
