Blue Panther Wins MLW National Openweight Championship

Blue Panther is once again a champion, as he won the MLW National Openweight Title on CMLL Domingo Familiar.

CMLL hosted Domingo Familiar on 9/21/2025 to celebrate National Wrestler & National Wrestling Day in Mexico. As part of the show, Último Guerrero defended Major League Wrestling’s National Openweight Title against Blue Panther.

After a dynamic match, Panther managed to defeat Último Guerrero to win the title. This is Panther’s first title with Major League Wrestling & the 9th title reign of his career. Guerrero held the belt for 142 days, winning the title against Matthew Justice on CMLL vs. MLW on 5/2 in Arena Mexico.
