Bobby Roode Feels That He's Doing Some Of His Best Work Teaming With Chad Gable

Bobby Roode is happy with his role and what he's doing in WWE.

Former NXT Champion and current RAW Tag Team Champion Bobby Roode emerged onto the WWE scene in 2016 and soon became the top dog in NXT as a dastardly heel. Bobby was called up to the main roster just one year into his NXT run and was presented as a good guy on SmackDown Live and went on to capture the United States Championship. Roode, now as a member of the RAW brand is a Tag Team Champion with Chad Gable and many wrestling fans have called for Bobby to revert back to his old NXT ways but "The Glorious One" is content with what he is doing as he stated during an interview with 'Planeta Wrestling'. Roode was asked does he prefer being a heel or a babyface and he responded by saying that he just likes going out to the ring and putting on good matches and added that he feels he's doing some of his best work teaming with Chad Gable.

Konosuke Takeshita: I'm Craving Your Belt, MOX

“I just like being me, and whether people love me or hate me, that’s their own prerogative and that’s what being a part of the WWE Universe [means]. Everybody has an opinion and anybody can cheer or boo. I just get put in situations where I can go out there and just -- where I can perform at a high level and have a great match, great opponents to be in the ring with and tell stories with." Roode explained. "I think that’s the key for me so, I’m very comfortable right now. I feel like I’m doing some of my best work right now in a tag team with Chad [Gable] so, that’s basically all I can say about that."
