Brett Lauderdale Says He’s Rooting For Allie Katch, ‘She’s Part Of The Foundation Of GCW’
Brett Lauderdale has high praise for Allie Katch.
Katch’s lengthy run with GCW came to an end back in April, as she was defeated by Effy in a Loser Leaves GCW match at Joey Janela’s Spring Break X. Katch has since remained active in other promotions like Beyond Wrestling and Freelance Wrestling.
Chatting with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp for a new interview, Lauderdale said that Allie Katch will always be considered to be an important part of the company’s history.
“I really like Allie. I really like Allison. I’ve told her before, she’s part of the foundation of GCW and whether she’s here or whether she’s somewhere else, you can never take away what she’s accomplished and what she did in GCW. I’m super appreciative of her for that. She is absolutely a blood, sweat and tears GCW person. That never changes whether she never comes back again or she does. But I do talk to Allison, again, she’s another one I don’t necessarily talk to her every day, but I talk to her several times a week. I’m still rooting for her. I’m supportive of her. I think we have a very good relationship. So I’m a fan. I’m now a fan. As opposed to a promoter, I’m now a fan.”
