Brock Lesnar On How Long He Can Wrestle: As Long As Those Dolla Billz Keep Comin' In

Brock Lesnar is in the business of making money.

Lesnar returned to WWE at SummerSlam 2021 after not being seen since losing the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 36. He immediately inserted himself back into the main event when he confronted Roman Reigns.

Since his return, Lesnar has won the WWE Championship and is being praised for doing some of the best work of his career as a babyface.

When asked on the Pat McAfee Show when he asked how long he would keep wrestling. Lesnar said with a laugh, "as long as those dolla billz keep comin' in."

Being a babyface is relatively new to Lesnar, who has spent the majority of his WWE run since returning in 2012.

Asked about his current run, Brock said, "I'm having a great time. I think (I'm smarter). I'm more relaxed. I have 20 years in and I'm having fun. I don't give a shit if I fuck up. I don't have to do this. I've been really wise. I'm doing it because I want to. I'm not gloating. I've just been good with my money. I was almost bankrupt my first run. I just signed a big deal with Vince, a big deal, back 20 years ago. A lot of guaranteed money. Six months later I'm like, 'Yeah, go screw yourself Vince.' He was a little chapped. I had to do that. He understood that. I had to leave and go out. If I didn't leave, I wouldn't have been in the UFC and all that stuff. I made my own and paved my own road. Came back and established that this is what I want and this is how I'm going to do it and I'm very fortunate. I'm having a good time and I want to portray and show a different side."

Brock originally left WWE in 2004. He would go on to compete for NJPW, try his hand in the NFL, and win the UFC Heavyweight Championship.

Brock is set to compete inside the Elimination Chamber at WWE Elimination Chamber, competing for the WWE Championship against Bobby Lashley, AJ Styles, Seth Rollins, Austin Theory, and Riddle.
