The February 1 episode of NXT 2.0 is beginning to take shape.
First, Bron Breakker and a partner of his choosing are set to take on Raul Mendoza and Joaquin Wilde of Legado del Fantasma. Bron told Santos Escobar he would accept his challenge for an NXT Championship match, but Santos says he only does things on his time.
Legado tried to attack Bron as he was leaving the Performance Center, but a returning Tommaso Ciampa came to his aid. This is the first time Ciampa has been seen since dropping the belt to Breakker a few weeks back.
Additionally, Cora Jade and Raquel Gonzalez will go one-on-one after a backstage confrontation that almost ended in a fight. This came about after Cora reacted poorly to Raquel declining her request to be partners in the Women's Dusty Cup.
Finally, GUNTHER and Imperium will face Roderick Strong and the Creed Brothers in a 6-Man Tag. GUNTHER defeated Roddy last week while Julius and Brutus Creed are looking to capture the tag titles from Imperium, recently advancing to the semi-finals of the Men's Dusty Cup.
