Bruce Prichard Says Triple H And Stephanie McMahon's Wedding Chapel Segment Was Produced By Triple H

Bruce Prichard shares some interesting information.

Today is the 19-year anniversary of the Wedding Chapel segment with NXT founder and senior producer Triple H and WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon. Just three years later Triple H and Stephanie tied the knot in real life on October 25th but leading into their on-screen segment in 1999, the story was that the late Andrew Martin or better known to some as "Test" was set to marry Stephanie on RAW.

Stephanie was indeed walked to the ring by her father for the big ceremony but Triple H came out and drew everyone's attention to the titantron where footage of himself and Stephanie in Las Vegas getting eloped was shown while Stephanie was passed out in the passengers seat.

During an edition of Bruce Prichard's 'Something To Wrestle' podcast, he discussed the developing relationship and eventual marriage between Stephanie McMahon and Triple H. While discussing this segment with his host Conrad Thompson, Prichard revealed that the entire segment was shot, produced and written by Triple H himself.

?Well that all was Vince and Triple H and it was their doing. As a matter of fact, all of that footage, that was shot by Triple H and them. That was all just home-made stuff - been asked a million times if I produced it. I did not, I did arrange it with the little white Chapel there in Vegas - the drive-thru. I got married there, Jim Ross got married there and several other folks have had wedded bliss in that establishment so we did set it up with them, but that was all 100% Triple H produced, shot, everything that night getting in there." Prichard revealed. "Now I don?t know who shot the stuff with the waiter earlier that night. That was just a - probably a production Sahadi-type production deal but the stuff at the wedding Chapel was shot by Triple H and that was something he and Vince had come up with.?

Triple H's creativity has translated over to present day as exampled by what he has put together with the NXT brand. Right now HHH is rehabbing from a torn pectoral that he suffered earlier this month at 'Crown Jewel' and to get a refresher on how that injury occurred, click here.
