Bryan Danielson Is Sex, And A Really Good Listener Who Has Thought About Faking His Own Death

Every week, the Bella Twins (Nikki & Brie Bella) end their podcast with a little affirmation and positivity.

Bryan Danielson joined his wife Brie for a recent episode of the Bellas podcast where they played a game of "would you rather" and ended the show with some daily affirmation. Bryan's affirmation?

"I AM SEX!"

Brie questioned if that was his actual affirmation, leading to the following exchange:

Danielson: I am sex!

Bella: No, that's not going to be it.

Danielson: Does that not work?

Bella: I mean, if that's your quote.

Danielson: It's not a quote, it's whatever affirmation you want.

Bella: You wake up in the morning and say that?

Danielson: No, I don't, but it could be an affirmation.

Bella: It could be. I am sex. Interesting.

Danielson: Can I tell you my actual thing I've been working on and I don't know if you noticed this. I read this book, You Are Not Listening by Kate Murphy. I've been trying to be a better listener, both for you and the kids. What is Birdie really saying? What are you really saying?

Bella: You've always been a really good listener. That's great that you want to be an even better one. That's good. I think we go with that. Everyone, this week, be a better listener. I feel like when people meet you and talk to you, this goes for my family to strangers to friends, they are always blown away when they have a conversation. They're like, 'Woah, this is the first time I realized that someone was really listening to me and I was the only person in the room.' Yeah, Bryan is like that with everyone. It means a lot to people. It makes people feel like what they're saying has value, they feel important, and makes them open up more. It's a really good characteristic that you have. That's what we're going to leave everyone with. Be a little more like Bryan. Don't think about faking your own death, but be a better listener because it'll make people around feel really good.

Danielson: But, if you do come up with a really good way to fake your own death in modern society, please tweet it.

The "faking death" exchange was due to Bryan revealing that he would love a six month hike by himself (as opposed to a six month cruise) and then saying he might fake his own death. Bryan wouldn't tell Brie about his fake death because she would spoil it. He would tell his kids.

"I thought about faking my own death for a long time because I'm not sure you could do it now. I think I could. I have a couple of devious plans," he said.

Bryan has plenty of time to plot his own fake death as he is currently sidelined from the ring with an injury.

It is unknown when he will return.
