Callum Newman gives the latest update on his shoulder.

On his Instagram stories, Newman shared that he is dealing with a dislocated shoulder.

Bone bruise
Rear delt and tricep damaged
Still gonna win the g1 😘❤️👑”

Newman is set to wrestle on July 11 when the G1 Climax begins. He will face Yuya Uemura on opening night. The G1 runs through August 16.

Newman lost the IWGP Heavyweight Championship to Yota Tsuji at NJPW Dominion. He has not wrestled since losing the bout, which took place on Jue 14. The injury reportedly happened on a belly-to-belly suplex in the corner.
