CHIKARA Grand Champion Mark Angelosetti Announces That He Has Fractured His Fibula

Unfortunate...

Last night CHIKARA Pro Wrestling presented the first night of their 2018 King Of Trios tournament. There are sixteen teams in total competing in the tournament and they are all vying to call themselves this year's "King Of Trios" champions. Unfortunately, during the fourth match of night one action between the 'Raiders Of The Beyond' (Chris Dickinson, Cam Zagami, and Brian Milonas) and 'The Millennium Throwbacks' (Dasher Hatfield, Mark Angelosetti, and Boomer Hatfield), current CHIKARA Grand Champion Mark Angelosetti suffered an injury at some point during the match.

Mark Angelosetti recently captured the Grand Championship at the 'Chikarasaurus Rex: A Deadly Secret' event where he ended Juan Francisco de Coronado's 497-day reign. Angelosetti has only been champion for shortly over fifteen days and he has come down with an untimely injury as he shared on social media following night one of King Of Trios 2018 action that he fractured his fibula.

As more information comes to the forefront about "Mr. Touchdown's" injury, we will continue to update you here on Fightful. In the mean time, check out the results from night one of the 2018 King Of Trios tourney.
