CM Punk's mouth isn't the only thing that still works.
CM Punk is out of action as he continues to recover from a torn triceps, but he appeared on the March 25 episode of WWE Raw. Punk noted that he was not medically cleared, but he playfully stated that his mouth still works. Punk quipped that April, his wife, knew what he was talking about.

Punk then agreed to be the special guest commentator for the match between World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 40. He briefly considered serving as the guest referee, and he practiced counting a pin with his non-injured arm. However, Punk opted to do commentary instead.
In a Raw Exclusive, CM Punk discussed his return and looked ahead to WrestleMania 40. Cathy Kelley noted that he was trying out his non-injured arm and hand with the mock pinfall earlier in the show.
“You’d be surprised, with being in this brace for six to seven weeks. I do everything with this left hand. Everything, Cathy Kelley," CM Punk said with a suggestive smirk.
