Next week, the 'E' in AEW may just stand for extreme.
Cody Rhodes has announced that next week, in Philadelphia, AEW Dark matches will feature former ECW Champion, Taz on commentary. Taz was in the ECW promotion from 1993-2000 and was the voice of WWE ECW from 2006-2010

Taz has done commentary over the years for WWE and TNA/IMPACT Wrestling. Perhaps the biggest highlight of his career was calling the main event of WrestleMania 19, which saw Brock Lesnar defeat Kurt Angle for the WWE championship in 2003.
Recently, Taz also tried out for the FS1 studio show, WWE Backstage.
Also, taking next week’s AEW TV show to the extreme will be Chris Jericho defending the AEW World Championship against Darby Allin in a Philadelphia Street Fight.
