Damian Priest: Bad Bunny Loves THIS BUSINESS

Since making his WWE debut at the Royal Rumble with a performance of "Booker T," Bad Bunny has become a fixture on Raw.

Bad Bunny helped welcome Damian Priest to the Raw roster following the Royal Rumble and the two men are now engaged in a feud with The Miz and John Morrison.

Speaking on Raw Talk, Priest discussed his real friendship with the famous rapper and their on-screen dynamic.

"[Bad Bunny] is an actual friend of mine. Getting to share the spotlight with him, somebody who is an actual fan, loves this business since he was a kid. It's cool for me to see as well. We're sharing that moment and are both basically new on Monday Night Raw. We're just having a blast. I have zero complaints," he said.

When asked about Bad Bunny possibly stepping in the ring, Priest replied, "You never know. That guy is so talented. He's successful in a business that he had no business being successful in, just because the way his style is and his demeanor. He's not meant to be as successful as he is, and he found a way. If he wanted to [wrestle], I guarantee he'd figure out a way."

Bad Bunny has reportedly been training at the WWE Performance Center for a potential match in the future.

Priest also did an interview with Sports Illustrated on February 8 where he elaborated on Bad Bunny appearing on WWE television and potentially wrestling at WrestleMania.

"Some people love that Bad Bunny is in WWE; some people hate it. Our fans don’t always accept outsiders, but when it comes to Bad Bunny, he’s one of us. This isn’t some star just coming to WWE for a paycheck—he loves this, and it is very authentic. He wants to learn, and he’s enjoying this and making the most of every second," he said. "If it means I’m making my WrestleMania debut, then I’m all for it. And if there is a possibility for me to do anything with a mega, worldwide star like Bad Bunny, and wrestle two very well-known wrestling personalities, then, of course. Why wouldn’t I? I don’t know what’s to come for WrestleMania, but that would be amazing."

WWE and Bad Bunny have not confirmed any in-ring plans.

As for Priest, he picked up a victory over Angel Garza on Monday's WWE Raw. If you missed anything from WWE Raw, check out Fightful's full report on the show by clicking here.
