Vegas Depredador Wins the CMLL National Light Heavyweight Title
Vegas Depredador managed to defeat Esfinge to win the National Light Heavyweight Championship on CMLL Noche de Campeones.
This year’s edition of Noche de Campeones featured Esfinge defending his CMLL Mexican National Light Heavyweight Title against Vegas Depredador.
The two engaged in a hard-hitting affair, with Vegas dominating most of the proceedings with his power. In the end, Vegas managed to escape Esfinge’s Nudo Egipcio by locking in the Dos Caras Clutch to pick up the pinfall win.
El Faraón Que Rige held the championship for 1221 days, the longest title reign in the title’s history. Esfinge had 10 successful title defenses across 3 years, losing in his 11th defense.
