Former X-Division Champion DJ Z is on the road to recovery after a nasty injury over two months later.
The wrestler updated fans and media on his condition, and announced that he'll be wrestling this weekend at International Wrestling Cartel.
DJ Z was competing for The Crash promotion on April 5 and was taken to a hospital. He did provide an update on social media from the ambulance in Mexico. DJ Z said the 450 splash knocked the wind out of him, but he wasn't sure what went wrong.

All things considered, DJ Z ended up faring pretty well. The extent of the injury could have prevented him from safely bumping ever again.
