Dragon Lee Beats Tavion Heights, Advances In Number One Contender's Tournament On WWE Speed

Dragon Lee advances to the next round.

The WWE Speed Number One Contender’s Tournament continued on the October 30th episode of WWE Speed, as Dragon Lee faced Tavion Heights.

Heights overpowered Lee early on and overpowered him. Lee used his quickness to rally, but Heights leveled him with clothesline. Heights continued to control the action, but Lee fired up again. Lee rocked him with a kick, but Heights floored Dragon with a powerslam. Lee persevered and hit a double stomp. He kept rolling, and he scored the win with the Operation Dragon.

In the quarterfinals, Dragon Lee will face the winner of the first-round match between Akira Tozawa and Riley Osborne. On the other side of the bracket, Bron Breakker will face Sheamus, who beat Cruz Del Toro and Giovanni Vinci in the opening round. The winner of the tournament will challenge Andrade for the WWE Speed Championship.
