Duke Hudson: Thea Hail Deserves An Opportunity, They’ve Used ‘You’re Young, You’ll Get Your Opportunity’ With Her So Much

Chase U became one of the most popular acts in NXT thanks to the charisma and charm of Andre Chase, Duke Hudson, and Thea Hail.

The group eventually disbanded, and Hudson and Chase were released by the company, but Thea remains as one of the younger superstars on the roster.

Hudson hopes Thea will eventually get her chance.

“Post-Chase U, I expect her to get an opportunity that she deserves, and I don’t think she’s gotten it yet,” Hudson said on Between Two Jobs with guest Andre Chase.

Chase noted that she is young and that hopefully she will get that opportunity.

Hudson replied, “Yes, and, they have used that with her so many times. ‘You’re young, you’ll get your opportunity.’ What about Roxanne and these other young people that you are giving these opportunities to? You choose who to give it to. Thea deserves an opportunity. Think about the amount of times we went to the NXT arena. Thea was always the one. She was special. I remember when Zaria just started at the PC and she was doing a PC live against Thea. She dropped her a little awkwardly and I yelled out, ‘Don’t hurt my money!’ We need Thea. I was scared of her getting hurt.”

Hudson noted how the NXT crowd always loved Thea, even if they didn’t always love Chase U.
