Dwayne Johnson has landed another DC Comics role.
Per Deadline, the WWE Legend is set to voice Krypto the Superdog in Warner Bros’ upcoming animated film, DC League of Super-Pets. More casting announcements are reportedly set to come in the near future.
Johnson's company, Seven Bucks, has also been brought on to produce.
Scheduled to hit theatres on May 20, 2022, DC League of Super-Pets currently shares a release date with Legally Blonde 3. It also has just one week of separation before Mission: Impossible 7, John Wick: Chapter 4 and an untitled Disney live-action movie drop for the Memorial Day Long Weekend.
Johnson shared the following message on his Instagram account:
"BIG NEWS ---- as I know the FUN & JOY this movie will bring families worldwide ----
