The rivalry between Randy Orton and Edge is over....for now.
On WWE Raw, Edge and Randy Orton battled for what was billed as "one last time." Edge and Orton have been joined at the hip since Edge returned at Royal Rumble 2020 as the two men battled at WrestleMania 36 and then at Backlash in the advertised "Greatest Wrestling Match Ever." Edge suffered a torn triceps in that match, putting him on the shelf until he returned at Sunday's Royal Rumble, where he last eliminated Randy Orton to win.
Edge once again bested Orton on Raw, defeating "The Viper" with a spear after Alexa Bliss magically appeared on the turnbuckle and began oozing from the mouth as Orton was setting up for the RKO.
Monday marked Edge's first match on WWE Raw since March 2011 when he teamed with Christian to defeat Alberto Del Rio & Brodus Clay.
