Josh Alexander's next challenger for the X Division Championship has been decided.
On the May 13 episode of IMPACT Wrestling, an X Division Scramble Match took place to determine Johs Alexander's challenger at the Under Siege event on Saturday, May 15. The contestants were Petey Williams, Acey Romero, TJP, Ace Austin, Rohit Raju, and El Phantasmo.
One of the highlights of the match saw El Phantasmo strut across the top rope, jump over a takedown attempt, and then pick up Ace Austin and hit a death valley driver to the outside.

After hitting Petey Williams with a detonation kick, TJP went to the top rope for a Mamba Splash but missed. El Phantasmo entered the picture, hitting Williams the CR-II for the pin and the win. As a result, he will challenge Josh Alexander for the X Division Championship at Under Siege.

El Phantasmo made his IMPACT debut last week defeating VSK. The Bullet Club member isn't the only New Japan Pro Wrestling talent to be featured on Under Siege, as FinJuice will team with Eddie Edwards to face Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers at the IMPACT+ event.
