It was a scary moment for nZo (Enzo Amore in WWE) at SWE Sury on Saturday, May 22.
According to a fan report, nZo was knocked out after taking a DDT on the outside of the ring. The match was halted and nZo was taken off on a stretcher just before intermission.
Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio said nZo was taken the hospital following the incident.
Fortunately, nZo was able to tweet a minor update on Sunday morning, thanking everyone for checking on him.
Since being released by WWE in 2018 due sexual assault allegations, which were dropped during the investigation due to insufficient evidence, nZo has been moderately active on the Independent scene, wrestling only a handful of matches.
