Evolution Reunites On WWE SmackDown 1000; Batista Brings Up That Triple H Has Never Beaten Him In A Match

It has been a long time coming...

Tonight on WWE SmackDown 1000, one of the most decorated factions in the history of WWE reunited. With a combined 49 World Championships between the four men, WWE Hall Of Famer Ric Flair, NXT founder and senior producer Triple H, 13-time WWE World Champion Randy Orton and 4-time World Heavyweight Champion Dave Bautista stood in the same ring together for the first time since 2007.

There was a wrestling-based reunion with Evolution four years ago featuring Randy Orton, Dave Bautista and Triple H and the trio battled the likes of The Shield and Daniel Bryan but tonight in Washington D.C. it was all about bringing the band back together as they entered the arena to a thunderous reaction.

The four multi-time World Champions reflected on their past moments together and Randy Orton even threw a little jab to his Evolution mates bringing up that he is still the only one who consistently wrestles in WWE. As the reunion wrapped up, Batista brought up the fact that Triple H has never beaten him in a match which drew "ooo's" and "ahh's" from the crowd and although there was all smiles on-screen when Batista said it, there was a bit of tension between the two.
